At Ruca's, we take pride in serving you the highest quality, freshest food possible. We prepare our items daily with meticulous care and attention, ensuring that every bite is a delightful experience. We craft several menu items from scratch, infused with our love for food and our passion for serving you the best. 

Our featured breakfast items include our famous Æbelskivers (a fluffy Danish pancake ball). They pair great with an espresso drink or our Wilderness blend drip coffee. Our coffee comes from a local, best-of-state roaster, "The Daily Rise," and is certified organic—only the best quality for our guests. 

We have a wide variety of gourmet sandwiches and fresh chopped salads for lunch. I have hand-chosen all our deli meats to ensure you receive the best flavor and highest quality possible. Several of our sauces have been personally created to pair with the sandwiches to heighten the flavor for an all-over, unique, & decadent sandwich. Our fresh Salads are a mixture of greens that are chopped fresh daily with fresh, never-frozen toppings that are hand-picked along with our delicious house-made dressings.
